Pros

Smart, ambitious, entrepreneurial ppl to work with. Everyone is easy going and humble and you can sit with anyone at lunch and have a great conversation. Great product to work on, one that we can all dogfood and love ourselves. Great office culture!

Cons

Nothing unreasonable that I would complain about. No place is perfect.

Couldn't think of a better place to work

Pros

- Work on a product that I love using (and has a lot of user love and engagement) - People are extremely fun and smart - In-office culture is a plus (for me) and I love coming in to work every day - Problems are interesting and challenging both from a product and technical level - I have a lot of faith in management that we'll continue to be successful - Amazing perks and benefits. Constantly activities going on and free food to take home from the office!

Cons

- It can be a chaotic place to work at times, we are "truthseekers" which means that you may have to deal with a lot of feedback on product or churn on your designs or feature - Had some recent staff churn. Ivan is a very engaged CEO but he cares a ton about the details and the product. It can burn some people out around him, but he's the most talented and caring CEO I've ever worked with.
