Pros

Had the opportunity to work with some exceptionally talented people. They were comfortable questioning the status quo and pushing beyond the ordinary, which is precisely what the company is all about. Onboarding was excellent - great experience.

Cons

Leadership was less than transparent. Turnover of top talent was surprising to see once on the inside. Core values apply to head office staff, however franchise partners are not held to the same standards. Many HR initiatives are used outside the organization for PR purposes, which made me personally question the motives behind them.

Pros

O2E Brands is not a "run of the mill" office environment. They truly value people on a personal level, as well as having a keen focus on developing people professionally. It's an open concept office, where everyone is extremly approachable, friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. It's a true work hard, play hard company where you don't have to be afraid to be quirky or different. In fact, they encourage it!

Cons

With the massive growth of the organization, it's sometimes hard for them to hire all the people they need to get the job done.

Pros

The office is a passionate, fun and open work place. A very fast paced and growing company that offers lots of opportunity to expand in your career. Everyone is willing to help out and great coaching and personal development opportunities. Lots of fun activities, team socials and company wide events.

Cons

O2E is growing so quickly they can't always hire enough people fast enough and everyone has to wear multiple hats.
