Pros

OBXtek is a great small business that is growing fast. The people here genuinely care about the employees, it's not just an employee mill like a lot of the government contractors in the area.

Cons

OBX is a small business so a lot their work is project based, but there are opportunities for growth among the different projects and at the corporate level as well.
