Cons

Lacking in so many areas Managers are allowed to mistreat employees and if you complain there’s NO follow through and constant under handed retaliation.

Generally hands off management style

Cons

Will do whatever it takes to squeeze as large of a profit as possible from your contract, including low-balling on salary, despite what your home office requests/recommends based on a statement of work.

Lack of relationship between corporate and offsite locations

Decent benefits and flexible work schedule

Cons

Deficiencies in communication between corporate/management and offsite employees. During my tenure, I did not feel like a valued employee and that the company did not have a vested interest in an employee's development.
