Pros

Coming from a very poorly run company to OnShift was like night and day. I love my coworkers, my marketing team, my boss, my work and the ability to work remotely. I feel that the pay is definitely worth the work. My boss actually encourages me to take my PTO as needed and makes time for me whenever I need assistance. I feel confident in my work output and am happy to be on such a helpful team.

Cons

I was disappointed about the return to the office as I was originally hired as a remote worker. I was able to stay a remote worker as I am outside of the radius for in-person workers, but if I lived closer to the office I’d be forced to come in 3 days a week. Not bad, but I prefer remote.

Pros

Competitive Salary. Management cares about the product.

Cons

Delivers information like a startup but lives by old school policies. Limited paternity leave. Poorly managed strategic investment that resulted in added benefits for some but not all leaving newer hired feeling left out in the cold.
