Pros
Most of your fellow employees are great and each department is (for the most part) approachable. Most of the people you interact with take a lot of pride in their work. You also get to do impactful things for the business which is great. Working from Home New Bonus Program recently added 20 Days PTO + 2 Company Holidays Flexibility with work hours (Depends on Department) Free Health Care (High Deductible HSA)
Cons
With any work structure, there always seems to be some disconnects between departments. Key projects seem to be an immediate need then suddenly not matter as much. There is some pretty lean departments and that might be a symptom of this. No 401k Match No WFH stipend
