Pros

The pros for this company include the ability to have fairy flexible schedule, as long as you give reasonable notice that wedding you forgot to book off shouldn't be a problem. The ability to work from home is also another good pro and of course you save gas money by not having to travel to the office each day. The income is low as noted below but you can turn this into a positive if its a side income and supplementing your main income.

Cons

Team leaders appear to get to the position by either family links within the company or favoritism rather than any form of skill or qualification. This has lead to a poor front line of badly treated employees and numerous low rated reviews on sites such as this one. The pay is very low for this industry sector type starting at $8 ph to 11ph for level 1 and up to $13 ph for level 2. Don't listen to the monthly $1 dollar monthly increases as clearly as level one you only get two increases and the time it takes depends not just on good performance but on your team leader. Teamleaders can get threatening with call times with threats of getting fired if your call times are not kept low. So you are indirectly pushed to hangup on customers or not help them properly in order to not get high calls times or face getting fired.
