Pros

Working at home was a plus at first. The pay was decent when you actually made sales. Communication within your team was excellent, so was additional assistance when you needed it. Occasionally they would hold raffles and contests for Nexus Tablets and other tech gadgets for high sales.

Cons

Working at home became unbearable for me. I almost started getting cabin fever. But I'm one of those people that needs an office to go to.

Pros

*Work at home *Flexibility in your schedule *My team in particular is great, very helpful, amazing TL *Benefits are decent for entry-level position *If you put forth the effort you can move up fairly quick

Cons

*Other teams can be VERY rigid *Stress levels extremely high-- back to back calls, no idle time in between calls (not even 15 secs) *Customers can pretty much treat you however they want and you are expected to deal with it--even if they are being verbally abusive. *They will apply an hour cap, then hire new employees at the same time *Teams are not all on the same page--You will have one L2 tell you to do one thing, and another L2 from a different team give you a totally different response for the same issue.
