Pros

working at home with a full time schedule

Cons

Gaslighting, verbal abuse, sexual harassment by team lead and then fired for not complying with verbal and sexual harassment. They do not respect you if you have any goals outside of the job and if you have any confidence about your abilities, or personal boundaries; they will make certain you stay feeling as if nothing you do is ever meeting the mark. They will target the kindest and most talented individuals and break you down until you keep your mouth shut and put up with the constant inconsistencies and holes in their stories. This is a place where your soul goes to die.(for a measly $10 per hour)

Pros

Great first time Work From Home job opportunity. No experience necessary. Hard to get fired from (some job security).

Cons

Very limited pay scale (other than commissions). Uses false advertisement to get employees and customers. Though they will not fire you easily, they will cut hours, even while busy.
