Pros

They had a great office in London.

Cons

Hire and fire operations. Happened in 2019, repeated in 2022. Continues to happen. Dissatisfaction is general. A start-up that had a huge promisenis now just surviving. The Madrid hub crushed their culture even further. Completely misread of the entire company.

Thanks for sharing your perspective. While we're happy to hear you liked the company culture, we're disappointed to learn your overall experience at OneTrust was negative. At OneTrust, we believe career progression and advancement can happen in a number of ways - through new assignments or rotational opportunities, learning new skills, exposure to new customers or problems to solve, and promotions. When you’re defining and operating in a dynamic market there are no shortage of those opportunities. Ultimately, we expect our people to be stewards of their career growth and to take advantage of the opportunities OneTrust has to offer. Last year, many of our team members were also promoted or moved laterally into new roles within the company. We will continue to promote these opportunities and other career development offerings into the next fiscal year.

Thanks for sharing your OneTrust experience. While we're happy you enjoyed your benefits and coworkers, it's disappointing to see your overall experience was negative. OneTrust is in an exciting scale-up phase that's unlike its scrappier start-up days. We're bringing in successful leaders from other tech companies to lead us to long-term growth and success. We recognize it brings change internally, yet our commitment to customers and employees remains unwavering. Our senior leaders have regular, transparent companywide sessions with employees to educate about product updates, financials, culture, and more. Additionally, our Leadership & Development team is putting together a new training for our people managers across the globe. We're excited for our managers to get consistent enablement to serve our people. We look forward to the future as OneTrust and its solutions continue to evolve to best serve our 14,000 customers.
