Pros

Leader in a new and expanding market so in addition to being part of a growing company you also get to be at the forefront of the privacy industry which continues to evolve. You get the ability to work with companies of all sizes and from all different industries. You can learn so much in a short amount of time just from the amount of exposure you will have. This can be really rewarding when you are able to help customers overcome challenges that they are facing by drawing from previous experiences. There is a great sense of community amongst our customers and hearing that your efforts have made their jobs easier makes the work well worth it. In terms of culture, management does a good job of challenging you and putting you in opportunities to grow but also provide support and coaching to help you through it without micromanaging. It's a very collaborative work environment and most people are friends outside of work as well.

Cons

compensation/benefits are average but could be better May be asked to do a few things outside your job description which may be a con to some.

Pros

- Working at a company that's growing. No concerns of being fired or laid off - People work together to achieve goals. - They hire some of the very brightest, go-getter, get-it-done workforce - GREAT place for experience. The company is using fairly up-to-date stack. You can get hands-on to a lot of technologies in a short period of time. - Great location of the office in proximity to Marta - Hiring tons of people daily to help fill in the gaps and spread the work. - Progress is being made, slowly, but it is actually happening - Proper compensation for the work you do. (be sure to negotiate) - Fast-paced. Seriously though. Boredom is not a word that is used here often - Great processes that were put in place early - It really is what you make it. You can learn just about anything you want.

Cons

The company is growing faster than anyone can grasp so there are growing pains. - So No 401k...yet. Even a simple IRA with no match would be better than nothing. - Things are still being fine tuned (The company just hit 3 years. It's got a way to go) - Because the company is hiting a lot of firsts in the new market, it can mean longer hours at times for some people. This can take a toll if you are working too many hours). It's a silent issue that people are afraid to speak on. But work life balance isn't really a thing for a lot of people. Managers, developers, and project people work into late night hours sometimes. - It's hard to establish your own workday schedule (When you come in and leave) as things come up. Most of the technical team (in the US Anyway) starts their day around 7am/8am. Almost everything is urgent, so that can mean an extra hour or two. For those with young families and two working parents, this can be stressful. - Things are moving too fast for there to be culture and values. There is team culture. People work together. Lots of intense heads-down work. Some people never speak. You can come around depending on your personality. - It is definitely an intense environment with EXTREMELY intense people, so it takes time to adjust if you are accustomed to more relaxed workplaces.
