Cons

Constant restructuring and a complete lack of growth opportunities make OneTrust a difficult place to work. Additionally, there has been a lack of compensation growth despite significant increases in company revenue.

Everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves to help one another, and it makes collaboration a fun process while enhancing our products. With the regulatory, technological, and societal shifts today and our position in the market, we owe it to our customers to address their needs as efficiently as we can. This means that our strategy and structure can change quickly because the trust landscape changes quickly too. We're adaptive and dynamic, and we're building and scaling our teams to be ready to take on these brand new challenges together. This environment brings a lot of learning opportunities as well because the problems we are solving today haven't been really been solved before as pioneers in privacy and trust. At OneTrust, we also know there's always room for improvement. We don't settle for good; we strive to excel and there is a lot of work to do before getting to where we want to go. Good product, first to market

Cons

Completely disorganized and poorly managed. Frequent internal targets changes which leads to hire and fire. They will say the changes are part of the long term strategy but it is all up in the air. No short term (immediate) or long term goals. Majority of the positive reviews are from team/department leaders (Most of them are forced to do it). Take your talent somewhere else and build your career before you repent.
