Pros
The work atmosphere is relaxed for the most part unless you are harassed by the project managers to work on a critical project. Everything is critical no matter what. Odd if you ask me.
Cons
Working on the propreitery language takes some getting used to. A simple task is made tougher just because of need to learn new language. It isn't too bad but as a new person, it takes longer to complete something.
