No consistency. Always blaming low man on totem pole. There is not fair compensation. Take advantage of employees working their way up from the bottom and not treating them as equals to those that started in a higher role

1) Outdated technology 3) Not much to learn 4) Specific industry. 5) Poor management- Cannot do anything to improve productivity, lacks employee management skills, no delegation skills, CEO likes micro managing 6) Management and staff repeats same mistakes again and again. No concept of lesson learned. 7) Very low salary to start with below market average. Not enough raises.Late reviews 8) Incompetent Staff working weekend and nights are considered valuable. 9) Ass kissers preferred. 10) No training at all
