My team was fun and dynamic - you'll find a few gems in the rough if you dig through the incredible incompetence of the VP level and above

Cons

Incredibly toxic environment. SVP level wasted millions on a project that had zero benefit. VP level is just chaotic and does nothing but inflict pain. Zero product vision. Horrendous project management. Pay is average. You won't get your equity so don't bother. Prepare to be stressed out of your mind.

You build some solid relationships with your peers.

Cons

1. Toxic environment 2. Micromanaged 3. You have to “play the game” 4. Promoted people too soon to leadership 5. Executive team does not care about you 6. Executives are fake and tell you what you want to hear and then talk bad about you behind your back. 7. Received more work without a pay increase. 8. Horrible benefits 9. CEO either turns a blind eye or truly does not care about how people are treated 10. Constant anxiety!
