The ADE BN team has developed a reputation for its highly controlling and stressful work environment. There's a pervasive atmosphere of fear, with employees speaking in whispers about management, worried about job security. The level of scrutiny is intense, with expectations to account for every minute of your workday. The human element is completely overlooked, as employees are treated more like machines, with little regard for their well-being. Even when targets are met, there is still the threat of termination. The leaders patrol the workspace like overseers, monitoring conversations and restricting interactions between colleagues. Participation in company events is discouraged, and there's a noticeable bias within the team.
