Pros

Strong, supportive culture. Excellent attrition rates overall and notice a lot of people return. Some great tech that is stable, secure and from a Canadian company these days is good. Content Services is a solid business unit and core to the roadmap.

Cons

A slightly confusing business having spent years growing through acquisition but this seems to be being managed now with divesting of products no longer core to the strategic roadmap. Other BU’s aside Content may feel more aggrieved with the company due to planned divestures.

Pros

No micro managing. Decent pay & benefits.

Cons

It's hard to get a hold of the right people to get help since OpenText is so large and I often have to go through portals. Not allowed to record phone calls.
