Pros

Hard to see much in terms of pros apart from the company history. Much of their pros would be in the past, in regards to their university background in Canada.

Cons

A dishonest and backstabbing organization, especially in the Reading UK office.

Pros

Good products and services, good salary, and good benefits.

Cons

Too many layers of management, each demanding their own detailed reports — so you end up spending more time buried in Salesforce, building reports, and sitting in meetings about those reports than actually doing your job. There’s also a heavy “CYA” culture that trickles down from leadership, putting unnecessary stress on reps and leaving little time for real productivity. On top of that, the CEO seems to announce massive layoffs every six months, brushing them off as mere “staff adjustments,” which keeps everyone constantly looking over their shoulder.
