Pros

Work life balance is very important with this company. Or at least was with the old CEO. Not sure if any changes will be coming with the new CEO.

Cons

Very siloed and hard to understand everything Opentext does. Wish we worked together with different teams more to build relationships within customer bases. We acquire a lot of companies which means lots of changes and confusions within the customer base.

Wide range of products / solutions to sell. Solution Engineering team is top notch.

Cons

Very difficult for AEs to move to other divisions. Management only cares about numbers. Micromanaging to the nth degree.
