Pros

Good work/life balance I guess

Cons

You're probably reading this because OpenText just acquired your company. This is a pretty safe thing to assume, because that's all OpenText does, is acquire and cut costs. How do they cut costs? Well... - They lay off both the most recent hires and some senior people that were being paid the highest - They are very stingy with raises - Can't get travel approved if you're not senior management, even to go to a conference to learn something directly related to your job People who stayed after the acquisition were let go. They thought it couldn't happen to them. Well, it will. I'm personally looking for the exit.

Pros

Nothing is good about this company.

Cons

Crap oraganizaion. Run away from OpenText if you’re part of acquisition. They feel jealous of your salary if you’re part of acquisition.
