Manager and work culture is bad They hire you and can fire you anytime! The company is very very unstable. And the team and management expect you to come to office everyday and not take sick leaves even. Please do your due diligence before considering this as an option

Almost 5 days per week in the office. It depends on which department you are if it's necessary to come in the office. I suggest remote office, but for the moment it's company policy.
