Recruiting/talent team will rather spend their dollars hiring externally that promoting internal talent Zero bonuses / lowest pay I have seen in the tech environment Overwork you but will pay little and ask for a lot of experience. It’s laughable. Managers shouldn’t be in leader roles. Lack of leadership skills in leadership roles Human Resources doesn’t care about racist or toxic comments made my leaders Detrimental to your mental health
