Health insurance is as good as it gets. Market presence. Brand recognition.

Oracle has set up a culture in which you are competing internally against other teams within the organization for the same business. There is a lot of back channel underhandedness that goes on behind the scenes. There's very little collaboration and the customers needs are generally very low on the totem pole. You will get screwed out of your commission on a very regular basis as they would prefer to fight you in arbitration than pay you what you've earned.
