Pros

A lot of companies talk about how their culture sets them apart, but at Origami they really mean it. The culture is fantastic. Everyone is bought in and working towards the same goals. There is a fun and busy software startup vibe, but with the comforts of a mid-size company.

Cons

Although there are some great benefits, Origami doesn't reimburse for cell phone use. This is the first company I have worked for that didn't pay for cell phone plans.

Pros

Everybody wants to win. And winning big in a relatively small (but growing) space is what's happening at Origami Risk. Hiring is very selective, so if you make the cut you will be joining an amazing staff who are not only smart and capable but understand the importance of mentoring new staff and setting them up for success. Winning also breeds confidence, of which there is no shortage at Origami. Confidence in our company, our product/service, and ourselves is what makes the difference.

Cons

With rapid growth can come challenge. The culture focuses on enabling every single team member to directly and positively impact our clients experience with us. Everybody wants to maintain that culture. Leadership has challenged the entire employee base to play a part in maintaining the culture which is a very refreshing strategy!
