      Pros

      Amazing on boarding and training, very collaborative, everyone is so willing to help each other. Great culture, they just had a colleague conference in Arizona and the whole company was flown in to participate. The benefits are similar to much larger companies!

      Pros

      Origami's team-based approach empowers everyone to collaborate. A saying you hear often is "don't get stuck" meaning you're not alone with any problem or question. Everyone is kind, funny, intelligent, and professional. I have worked for other software companies that were much more focused on a facade culture without actual employee care in mind. Origami Risk is one of a kind!

We work hard during the recruiting process to make sure each hire is a fit from both sides. As a result, an organic culture emerges where all Origamians have the same aligned goals and are willing to help each other accomplish those goals for the greater success of the company as a whole.

      Pros

      Leadership is transparent. Everyone is empowered to make decisions and help drive the company forward. The culture is results driven and every is expected to carry their weight. Achievements are shared amongst the group.

      Cons

      Growing so fast, just need to make sure we find the right way to maintain the culture while growing the right way. No other cons.
