The pay is great with all the incentives opportunities. Provides accommodations. All expenses are covered. Mostly work alone.

Cons

The project locations are very random in different states. Physically demanding work.

None. There is no point to try and work your hardest. They don’t promote they give you a 3% increase as a raise when it’s just inflation. Mark messenger is a misogynist and they try to cut corners anyway they can. You want experience then sure but no one has be retained and no one has retired form this company in 10 years. They get rid of everyone

Cons

They fire all the people with the most knowledge. All of the best people have been pushed out. If you complain once prepare to be fired by some ridiculous reason
