Pros
Fantastic tutors and tutor managers, everyone is extremely kind and understanding and though all tutor work was remote, there was a great sense of community build through our digital platforms. Paper does great work in partnering with schools and districts to make academic help available for free to as many students as they can.
Cons
The company is expanding very quickly to the point where they often can't keep operations synced up across departments (HQ to development to tutors) with changing guidelines and features that are sometimes hard to understand or come with little to no warning. Would be much better with some thoughtful plans made available to everyone who gets impacted by company growth.
