- Remote-first environment (work from home, permanently) - 401k match/ medical 100% employer paid (personally have saved thousands) - Unlimited sick days (huge if you are coming from education) - Growth opportunities abundant - Holiday time off for entire company - Company truly cares for employee well-being - Paper will take a chance on someone, and give them an unbiased shot at success - Collaboration is welcomed & encouraged - Many opportunities to meet/work cross-functionally - Travel and in-person opportunities for personal/professional growth, as well as business development - Sales has uncapped commission - Teams of people with so many different experiences (personally, professionally) and different backgrounds prior to coming to Paper - Metrics-based promotions/opportunities

- Educations warmer/colder seasons - No US office/headquarters

- collaboration with PAs/Managers - positive vibes and wants everyone to succeed - incentives - Unlimited sick time -generous PTO -uncapped commission -remote/work from home - Benefits are paid by the company/no monthly fee -annual company vacations - 15 days off plus holidays, the company shuts down from Christmas to New Year and the Friday after Thanksgiving. - fair base pay

- monthly quota goals can be challenging based on what accounts/region you are allocated to.
