Flexible hours, remote-friendly, very competent and talented teammates, fast-growing company with exciting opportunities, good benefits. The best place I've ever worked at!

Cons

No paid overtime due to flexible hours policy, but this is very minor and makes sense. The base compensation is generous, and they add in stipends for work-from-home employees to cover some costs.
