Work from. home Excellent mission to provide priceless help to K-12 students including those that might not typically have access to help while in school Comptetive Salary, Well communicated Company goals and road map targets Excellent people everyone is very happy and up beat and willing to help each other whenever possible

A group of committed people working toward a shared goal - one that is truly helping some of the most vulnerable students in schools across North America Huge growth in the last year with major funders coming onboard (Google, Salesforce) Great energy, lots of input from all contributors, leadership that cares about its people Lots of room for personal development and growth

Cons

Standard with any startup that starts to hit massive growth -- there are going to be some gaps in processes, etc. But all very fixable and mgmt is aware of them.
