      - people are friendly to your face and they're big on culture but wait until you settle in

      - a lot of politics goes into the integrations team - micro manage everything you do every day

      - No micro management - Flexible working

      Cons

      - You didn't feel that you are working in PAR Technology since 90 % employee they hired from InTimeTech to maintain there monopoly. You can say anything because they have monopoly because of majority - They don't what they have to do but they continuously pushes you to do the things. Its like "Blind is Leading Blind" - They don't have proper offices neither in Jaipur, Delhi or Chennai - No quality of work. There product are on maintenance or enhancement.
