      Pros

      Great people to work with and for. Owners are good hearted and down to earth. All staff were ready and willing to assist/ help when needed. Pretty good atmosphere.

      Cons

      Too much work for one position.

      Pros

      I was shocked to read the poor review by the old secretary. I left PDSI because I had to relocate but to this day I look on my days at PDSI as some of my finest. The CEO is inspiring and the whole culture is supportive, challenging and gives those with ambition the chance to excel beyond their expectations! This company foster Leadership better than any other company I know.

      Cons

      However said the job manual is not good is right. And I think that's by design. If you need constant instruction and prefer repetitive tasks, this company is not for you.

      People were constantly leaving

      Pros

      I met a lot of people during my stay here and even though our bonding in the company were mostly short-lived, we still stayed friends after.

      Cons

      When your people are constantly leaving, instead of just hiring new ones, the management should have dig deeper into the root cause and they could have found out that the real reason was the management itself. As the old saying goes: "people leave managers, not jobs". They still got a long way to go to improve their management style and their people management skills.
