Where do we start... the CEO is a disgrace and basic human decency does not apply. HR should protect employees from him and instead we get “ it’s just his way. You have to modify your own behavior and react differently”. Everyone in HR should be ashamed to have that title, especially the Director, as she condones his behavior the most. This place is a joke to those of us who haven’t grown up here and know what real world companies are like. The homegrown leaders are incapable of recognizing a good business model, even if it were disguised as one of the weekly jelly donuts that are crammed down their throats. The CEO touts his values as ones he actually practices and they are laughable and do not apply. The Senior leaders are puppets who will not stand up to change. They condone and celebrate their accomplishments and drive out mid level management who really make a difference, while instead should be looking within to see who should get fired. (3-4 weeks ago we lost a huge advocate for us who was the sacrificial lamb to his inept boss and her horrible HORRIBLE leadership skills). Most people are hanging on here until they find something new. We don’t all drink the koolaid.. just keep our heads down until we are rescued by companies who recognize our strengths.

The executive management is dangerous and abusive. There is zero opportunity for career advancement or even a lateral move within the company. Struggling to make revenue goals, retain customers, and employees. I adore working with most of the people at PFL, however the relationship bonds are that of those all stuck together in a prison camp, not people working collaboratively towards a common goal.
