It's also 95 pct female employee based, wich isn't a bad thing, but something that you will notice instantly.
You do work one Saturday every few months, but can be monthly as needed.
You constantly get cursed out and treated horribly by patients.
Men have to wear ties.
They frown on internet usage even when looking up information.
There are cliques if manager/employee favorites.
It's no different then working in a regular collection agency.
