I have learned so much from my peers and I appreciate every bit of it. I love working here and I am not shy about telling everyone

Cons

I want everyone at PFS to be as excited about working here as I am. Management does a lot for all of us team members, and that should be recognized more.

Pros

My time at PFS Group has been ideal for me. I have a great department and I feel like my manager will always support me.

Cons

Some departments need more collaboration, and that falls on the members of that group. Management can only provide so much, and then it becomes every individual's responsibility to do their best and put forth effort for the betterment of the team.
