Pros

I love working with people and being able to help them out in any way I can. The staff and employees are friendly and are always there for assistance when needed.

Cons

You never know who you're going to help and what their personality is. It's a great part of the job because you get to interact with different people, but it can also be challenging depending on what that person is like.
