Pros

Lots of benefits and rewards.hour lunch. Two 15 minute breaks.

Cons

Expectations are really high in meeting daily number of calls. Expected 60 calls a day with only 10 seconds in between each call. In bust day like Monday you only got 30 minute lunch.
