Matching 401k, and that’s it.

Cons

The company is pretty bad. PTO is terrible, Management is beyond unprofessional, completely incompetent and unprepared to do their job. The company has no diversity in any shape or form, they only hire a certain type of people and most of them have never had a diversified resume. Run from this place.
