Pros

Staff and peers are very friendly. Quality patient care is a priority.

Cons

Poor decision making skills by executive leadership who continue to undermine each other's actions. Recent layoffs and turnover drained the organization of morale, knowledge and talent. Work life balance is not achievable. CEO is a spin doctor.

Steady hours and some great co-workers. Hospital works around school schedules. Good stepping stone for anyone interested in the medical field.

Cons

Salaries need to be re-evaluated. Hospital pays below average of Los Angeles County. Management needs to be re-evaluated or replaced. Management is unprofessional and shows favoritism. Lots of Nepotism throughout the organization. Benefits use to be good, they are horrible now. Hospital doesn't invest in their employees, instead they invest in real estate. High turn over rate of employees due to these issues.

Nice plant and office facilities. They spare no expense.

Cons

Senior leadership is poor. CEO badmouths all of the leaders he hires and then terminates them when he doesn't like what they say to him. That is what the next tier of leaders immolates and so it trickles on down.
