Pros

(At the time of hire) - flexible schedule. Great manager, inventive and supportive of a team environment. Decent pay

Cons

Benefits are terrible. Directors receive benefits at no cost while the rest of the company absorbs the cost. Not sure how this plays into a factor with attracting and retaining talent at the director level, turnover is very high in the field. Support center staff is constantly waiting for their pink slip. There are no formal processes and procedures in place and good luck escalating any issues to human resources. The company needs a managment enema to cleanse the waste and start fresh with better, more qualified leadership and managers.

Corporate office is a disaster.

Pros

Great pay at the corporate office. Really, they pay too much for the talent they attract! Very insulting to the hard-working individuals at the stores.

Cons

These people are so uneducated, inexperienced, uncouth and down-right loathsome. Their standards and policies are antiquated and sad, lending themselves to the low caliber talent they currently hold.

Pros

It use to be a company with a lot of opportunity for hard workers who delivered results. Bonus opportunity was great and management truly cared about their employees.

Cons

I recently attended meetings in Chicago and listened to the same story that management has been preaching for many months. I use to love the company, and believe me, I was there number one supporter. I was out with some of the directors and could not believe how they all were burnt out like myself, and tired of the constant promises that never came to fruition. We all are seeing our personal and our mangers bonus dollars disappear. Store management teams have lost confidence in the company and the directors are tired of pumping them up when they know they cannot deliver what they are required. A couple people advised me to check out glass door and I was shocked to read what I did, but honesty, not surprised. Both business lines are shrinking, support center executives and expenses increasing and we have no leadership that can turn it around. It is pretty pathetic when your field executive team is exchanging recruiter names as well as where there are better opportunities.
