Goodies and treats from vendors Flexible hours Good health insurance benefits Free parking Office location is great Friendly people for the most part

Compensation could definitely be better Very slow advancement / not much room for growth Poor management/ favoritism Hard working employees are not appreciated

Pros

It is a job, and they pay you(but that ain't saying much!!!)

Cons

Incompetent management, unprofessional style---the Chuck Norris motto of "...If I want your opinion I'll beat it out of you..." is appropriate. By the way, they beat you up anyway, opinion or not. An inadequate computer system purchased a few years ago is a giant boondoggle. A total waste of money and when management was told of its shortcomings, they simply ignored the complaints. A GIANT negative mark in my book.

The experience I gained here allowed me to get a much better job

Cons

Nothing you do is good enough, and you are reminded of that every single day. Management does not care about employees, and hard work is never recognized.
