Horrible! There was barely any training. If that is what you want to call it. The manager expected you to work miracles

There is a gym on site and they offer fresh fruit and free coffee and soda. Many people there were friendly

Cons

No training at all. You honestly get thrown into the job. Which is what you are paid to do, however, Every last one of the senior engineers left at the same time. They've been interviewing people for a year and can't find the talent. So with a lack of guidance from real Engineers. You are literally by yourself. No one will help. When they do it's like it inconveniences them. I admit, I'm fresh out of college.. There has been one person on the software development 'team' for quite some time now. Don't bother putting yourself through the stress

Sounds like nothing has changed but the building

There is an opportunity to learn lab testing skills if you don't already have ANY marketable skills

Cons

There was no concern for the work life balance of employees (Lab Techs anyway), the pay was/is an absolute insult for the type of work being performed, the attitude of the "leadership" was detached and uncaring. Revolving door better left unturned.
