Pros

Nice co-workers, and that is about it...

Cons

Where should I start? Terrible pay, terrible managers, an old equipment that breaks down very often. They'd blame employees and write them up for bad production due to bad equipment. They forced employees to work overtime almost every weekend and wouldn't give a heads up about it-especially 3rd shift. They are ALWAYS behind in production. One of the supervisors would break confidentiality and give information to other fellow employees that should only be between the supervisor, the manager, and that particular employee like that's not grounds for a lawsuit. The place is structured: you eat at the same time as everyone, you take a break at the same time as everyone. There's a high turnover so they force employees to learn more tests for the same pay. Honestly, I never new a job could make a person so miserable. They know they can treat people poorly because there aren't any jobs out here. It's a miracle another job offered me a position a few days before I was just about to quit.

Pros

Health Insurance Hours Decent pay Fitness Center Really great coworkers Decent pay in this economy Replied to application quickly and scheduled a phone interview Interviewed by a panel but felt comfortable

Cons

Training: I was trained by this guy who just seemed bored or lazy. He wasn't patient and just expected me to get everything immediately. He seemed like it hurt for him to tell me something. If you have prior knowledge of lab instruments and like being trained by a stone then this is the job for you. I was then tested the next day and had no idea what I was doing so they fired me. I feel like they were trying to meet some kind of quota for hiring people. I don't feel I was even given a chance to learn. It was trained by a stone, tested and fired.
