Well structured training, but slowly paced on the actual jobs

Well structured training is provided to new jouners with lots of resources and help from more experienced colleagues.

Cons

The actual job on the projects lacks good leadership and is slow paced. Thus, there is no plenty opportunity to learn and progress fast or to take new roles within the projects. The technology itself is rather old and any knowledge obtained would not be directly transferrable.

All of my collegues are very helpful, caring and charming. The management cares for its employees and it's a safe environment for all of them.

You get to work directly with customers, gaining real-world insights. The software is complex and sophisticated, making the work intellectually stimulating.

Cons

Management can be a bit chaotic at times, leading to some disorganization and communication gaps.
