      Pros

      Interesting and smart colleagues Good customers, challenging issues and business problems to solve Collaborative atmosphere, but still requires a lot of thought leadership and individual stamina

      Cons

      Very political atmosphere. Employees are overworked. Company takes on projects/contracts with unrealistic scope and expects staff to do whatever it takes to get it done. Staff overworked and spread thin over many different projects/initiatives, including a lot of travel. Very little recognition of a job well done, and the bonus structure in non-existent. Recession cutbacks on benefits are not reinstated. PROS expects you to be grateful for just having a job. Career path and advancement is not clear or taken seriously. Favoritism seems to exist. PROS does a good job at hiring college graduates with no experience and calling them Pricing Professionals in front of customers.

      It is a good place to get more experience and to start a career. You can work with really passionate people.

      Cons

      It would be good to have more chances to receive a promotion.
