Pros
- It depends on the team, but - high level of autonomy - CBD office location - Market parity benefits - Interesting tech work - Product ownership - fair work life balance (may vary by team) - not too much push, but still quite dynamic work, no excess bureaucracy
Cons
- While salaries are more or less at market parity, for some positions they might not be very competitive for a newcomer on the local market; - No practice to send people to conferences etc. or to host tech events; - No published code - nothing goes to your Github profile, but that's kind of standard in the country.
