Pros

None- will be leaving soon

Cons

where do I start? 1) they pay their employees Salary not hourly ( as most do), and work them several days in a row because they are in need ( AKA: Short staffed, poor management) one Therapist complained among other staff, " That she had worked 16 days in a row!!" 2) Did I mention short staffed??! 3) poor management ( sometimes not on site, due to 1 manager for more than one facility) 4) Unrealistic expectations!! ( back to back appointments- no breaks, need to go to the rest room? no you can't your on the clock and they will literally squeeze every minute out of you, & follow you around with a watch!! 5)Don't care about their patients or their employees which is why many staff members are currently looking else where 6) ask you to work several hours over 40 and then refuse over time, or give you a hard time after the fact.. 7) unfair expectations, lead to employees rushing- not in the best intrest for for employees or patients

Pros

If you want to be fooled by a group of people who pretend to care then this is the place for you. Individual therapists are great. Middle management are puppets.Upper management may have been good a few years ago, but too much growth too fast has led to great gaps in communication.

Cons

A practice that does not stand by their mission or values. They push numbers and care more about getting patients in then about their staff or quality of care. They pay PSCs terribly and consider bonuses as appropriate compensation for hard working therapists (as opposed to raising salary). A lot of nepotism in this company and constant gossip. Feels like high school. Awful communication company wide.

Pros

I didn’t have to work weekends. Two of my four managers in the three years I worked here were every empathetic and understanding. The benefits were average at best, but you can get benefits working 30 hours.

Cons

From my perspective, the management of money and assets is completely mishandled. Clinics are opened with no staff for the front desk and no patients on the books. The practice pushes growth, but the growth is unsustainable. I never received a raise, despite asking for one on multiple occasions. Taking time off is difficult because the entire state of Georgia is understaffed and you will be heavily guilted first taking time off. Despite being told on multiple occasions I was astounding at my job, there was no evidence to back this up by way of a pay increase, not even a cost of living increase. They’ll tell you there is opportunity for growth, but there is not. My advice is stay away.
