Pros
They really try to have you work in a close setting with your supervisor, weekly supervision, and always in touch with your co-workers about your clients.
Cons
Just way to much paperwork. You end up working after hours and on the weekends trying to catch up. Theirs is no over time pay for regular hourly employees, so you end up losing your own time trying to finish the work. Company has shifted from a family oriented atmosphere, to a corporate style...they're mainly concern about the number of hours you bill. No client contact, means no billing, no billing, means no money is being generate to bill Medical, so no extra money for raises.
