Pay isn’t great to begin with and yearly “merit increases” are a joke. Advancement is difficult because HR has removed pay rate information so you don’t know if you are applying for a job that will pay more or less. PacificSource is stuck in the past; asking employees to return to the office at least part time, refusing to consider distance employees, and not integrating company culture and values into the remote workplace. PacificSource has grown as a business over the past couple of years, but has regressed as an employer. I plan to stay with the company because I have established a good work life balance within my position, but it is very discouraging to lose great employees all around me and to see so many unfilled job openings.
