Pros

*Very inexpensive family insurance *Boise location has great access to the green belt, great outdoor scenery

Cons

*Customer Service Employees are becoming deprived of their voice and of their dignity by Team Leads. The autonomy that once existed is gradually being stripped away due to confusion and lack of preparedness. Company Culture as of January 2020 is incomparable to that of 6 months prior. Less freedom to do your job= less ability to do what's right for your policy holders. *Masses of new hires (obviously recruited below previous hiring standards) arrive while Team Leads scramble to find a workspace to keep them. *Promotional opportunities are fictitious. (Tittle progressions come with ZERO pay increase.) Employees that were trained to perform 2 roles received NO increase. *Culture of transparency has become heavily diluted by overly- aggressive growth. *Overly-Aggressive growth has notably CRIPPLED the current infrastructure. *Shocking decline of employee satisfaction over the past 6 months. *High attrition is supremely evident. 1yr employees are referred to as Veterans (..and no, I am not kidding.) *New Hires acknowledge that Customer Service has developed an unhealthy social hierarchy, which NO Team Lead has yet to be brave enough to acknowledge. *Social Status rankings within Customer Service will remind you of the 10th grade. For a good visual of what I mean, refer to the Breakfast Club. Your Team Lead is played by the High School Principal. *Employees rotate regularly for an assigned Kitchen Duty, in which you must clean your co-worker's dirty dishes and wipe up their impressive microwave debris for one consecutive week. (As if you weren't already going to return home to clean up after your own family.) *Stroke your Boss' ego enough for a whole year and you could potentially be awarded a 1% annual merit increase. (But don't count on it.)

Pros

Great co-workers for the most part. Good benefits and pay

Cons

They don’t care about current employees or appreciate work that has been done. Growing too big too fast. Executive management is more of a dictatorship than leadership. Great place to work if you are a man. HR is as helpful as thoughts and prayers after a national tragedy.
